RR Programs

Residential Treatment

“We are truly appreciative that Resilience Rising continues to find ways to keep her safe and stay at the table with us. That is true partnership and the mark of a high quality provider."

                                                     - County DHS Administrator

The heart of Resilience Rising is its residential treatment program, which serves as the gateway to our other programs.

Resilience Rising partners with state and county departments of child welfare to provide residential programming for youth survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking (CSEC). We also partner with legal diversion programs for women with any history of prostitution.

Opened as a residential childcare facility in 2017 in Colorado, Resilience Rising served 37 youth survivors. In 2020, Resilience Rising began its relocation to southern California, where it anticipates reopening in 2025.

Alumnae Mentoring

“I never have found a woman or human who helped me heal as much as RR staff, and I'm needing your guiding strength and wisdom in a crucial turning fork in my life."

                                                     - 19yo alumna

Healing from trauma is a life-long process that requires ongoing support from a positive social network. In 2020, Resilience Rising launched its alumnae mentoring program for survivors exiting the residential program.

Our mentoring program provides 24-hour crisis support and ongoing supportive services remotely and in person.

Supportive Housing

“"I'm just rolling with life right now, finding out where I'm moving. I miss Resilience Rising. I felt safe from harm's way, like I didn't have to worry about nothing. And I felt hope."

                                                     - teen alumna

Access to basic needs, especially stable housing, is essential to reducing the vulnerabilities that put survivors at risk of re-exploitation.

Resilience Rising expanded our residential services for alumnae with life-long access to supportive housing. This housing includes case management support and mutual care programming to accommodate mothers with their children.

We opened our alumnae supportive housing in Santa Monica, California in August, 2024.
